These Terms apply when you visit nuvoraco.shop or purchase goods from Nuvora.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing batches or supplier updates.

Product packaging may differ from images without affecting the product’s essential characteristics.

Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order.

We may reject or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • Pricing or product information contains an obvious error

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

  • Delivery is unavailable to the supplied address

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where stated.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery information before confirming payment.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products may be dispatched from different supplier locations. A multi-item order may arrive in separate parcels without an additional delivery charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominated to receive them.

Ownership passes once full payment has been received.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. These Terms do not restrict rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation

  • Introduce malicious software

  • Scrape or copy website content without permission

  • Use the store to infringe another person’s rights

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, graphics and original written material belong to Nuvora or the relevant rights holder. You may not commercially reproduce them without permission.

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay.

The website may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these Terms when our business, website or legal obligations change. The Terms applying to an order are normally those in force when the order was placed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts and retain any mandatory local consumer protections.
