Delivery rates
We keep delivery pricing clear at checkout:
- United Kingdom: Standard Delivery is £3.99 on orders under £50 and free on orders of £50 or more. Express Delivery is £6.99 where available.
- European Union: Standard Delivery is £7.99 on orders under £75 and free on orders of £75 or more.
- Selected international destinations: Standard Delivery is £9.99 on orders under £100 and free on orders of £100 or more.
Delivery times
Our current estimated delivery time is 10–14 days. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and delivery can occasionally take longer because of carrier delays, supplier location or customs processing.
Separate parcels
We work with a network of suppliers. If you order more than one item, products may be dispatched from different locations and arrive in separate parcels.
Customs and taxes
Any applicable duties or taxes will be handled according to the destination. Where they are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for them.
